We have a 2 night minimum stay (March & April have a 3 night minimum stay)

Cleaning fee of $85 per stay
Hunting fee is $100 per person per stay
Insurance damage fee is 7.25 per night
Pet fees will be included $100 per stay...penalty of $250 and eviction if not pre-approved by host!
